Please note the following important information:

-Please call or text me 774-263-9216 when you arrive so I can let you in the office. Our door is auto locked for security.

Our office has a big blue sign that says Seaside Family Chiropractic & Sippican Massage Therapy.

-Please note the Updated Appointment Policy:

Due to a recent increase in frequency, Appointments that are forgotten/ missed, or canceled at the last minute will be charged in FULL. When little to no notice is given, I cannot fill your spot. I have set aside that time especially for you, and if I cannot fill it, it greatly affects my income and ability to see other clients who are on my waiting list. This must be paid prior to your next appointment.

**Illness and emergencies do not fall under this policy, I never charge for an unexpected illness or emergency situation.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we may start on time. Due to COVID-19, I have increased disinfection and sanitization protocols in the office before and after each appointment. This takes extra time and I must begin and end our appointments on time so I do not run late. Please be considerate of the extra cleaning time that is required to keep all of us as safe as possible.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

If you have:
-Been exposed to COVID-19
-Tested Positive for COVID-19
-Have symptoms of any kind- fever, cough, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, etc.
PLEASE let me know ASAP. We will need to reschedule and you will not be charged.
